The From the Anvil 12″ Monkeytail Stay Black are made from steel so that they can be drawn down to a very fine point, giving the Monkeytail design. It has an overall length of 317mm and the fixing plate is 57mm x 16mm. The fastener is sold individually complete with fixings. Locking stay pins can be used with this for extra security – these are sold separately.
Black Stay
The stay has a black finish – this is baked in a high-temperature oven to give it good durability and can be used internally or externally. To remove dirt deposits, simply wipe over with a lightly oiled cloth from time-to-time and this will restore it to its original condition.

It is also available in 8″ or 10″ sizes or in beeswax or pewter finishes – sold as separate products.
