The Eurospec 76mm (3″) TLS8030 Heavy Duty Tubular Latch Satin Chrome is heavy sprung this latch is suited to un-sprung lever door handles, either on a backplate or a rose. For lever handles on roses the body of the latch is pierced to accept bolt through fixings. It is a cost effective alternative to the standard latch and has dual springing – one spring operates the latch bolt and the other operates the spindle follower. This results in a softer, smoother latching function and a positive lever return.
This latch has a steel case and solid brass latchbolt; the forend and strike plates are finished with satin chrome.
