The From the Anvil Oak Box Lock & Octagonal Knob Set Pewter is for use on doors with a maximum thickness of 44mm.

It is made from English oak (unstained) and contains a 5-lever lock which offers superb security. It is reversible and comes complete with octagonal knobs, separate roses and escutcheons. The box lock measures at 223mm x 172mm with fixing centres of 245mm.  The keep size is 223mm x 36mm,.  The strap length is 262mm.  The spindle centres are 130mm and the lock centres are 60mm. It is sold as a set complete with knobs, a pair of separate roses and a pair of oval escutcheons and all the relevant fixing screws.

Pewter Box Straps

The straps of the box have a pewter patina finish – this has anti-corrosion properties and can be used internally or externally. To remove dirt deposits, simply wipe over with a lightly oiled cloth from time-to-time and this will restore it to its original condition. Do not use any form of aerosol spray or metal cleaner.

This beautiful natural unstained English oak box lock comes complete with a pair of octagonal knobs, separate roses and oval escutcheons.
