Made from a durable base of steel, the Stonebridge product range is extremely high quality and hard-wearing. These escutcheons are coated in a hardwearing Armor-Coat ® finish that also has UV protection, making it a great option for external use. Stonebridge Forge are expert in the design and manufacture of luxury traditional ironmongery from forged steel. By combining the latest manufacturing technologies with traditional craftsmanship, they are able to produce architectural ironmongery which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also extremely functional and durable, even in the harshest conditions. Stonebridge products have also been successfully tested with Accoya ® and are suitable for use with Accoya ® doors and windows. All products have been independently tested to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 to achieve exceptional corrosion resistance - making the range an ideal solution for internal, external and coastal applications. They have a visible screw-fixing on each side of the keyhole for secure fitting, and a circular cover plate that can provide extra privacy for front doors and bedroom or bathroom doors, or they can prevent draughts through the keyhole.
