The Kirkpatrick Hook and Band Hinge 1814 is a traditional lift-off hook and band hinge with a unique and original design, ideal for heavy internal doors. Also great on barn or garage doors using a large cranked hinge which does not require the fixing plate to be morticed into the frame. These black hook & band hinges mix up-to-date production processes with timeless style and design. Supplied in PAIRS complete with screws. The hook plate would need to be morticed into the frame making the door inline with the frame. It is finished with high quality rust proof paints to ensure great functionality and decoration. Made using malleable iron for its superior strength and durability and also to create an authentic feel of days gone by.
