Polished Chrome - Made from a base of solid brass coated with durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. This finish is bright, reflective, and extremely versatile. This finish sits well in characterful, rustic homes, but also works as a contemporary alternative in more modern settings. The From The Anvil Door Closer & Cover Size 2-5 is a heavy-duty, but slimline power-adjustable overhead door closer, suitable for schools, public buildings or offices. Due to the process used to age the metal, this finish is very dark and has a rich, matt appearance. Available in - Aged Brass - Is intentionally tarnished using an accelerated ageing process that causes a dark patina to gather around the edges and recesses of the design. Polished Nickel - Manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities. During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a robust lacquer which helps preserve this bright contrast. They work with a maximum weight of up to 110kg, a maximum width of up to 1250mm and have an adjustable power EN2-5 mechanism. Solid in SINGLES complete with fixings. This finish is aged and then subsequently re-polished to highlight the lighter surface areas against the darker, detailed parts. This rich colour offers a beautiful contrast against the repolished surface areas, offering an abundance of charm and character perfect for any period dwelling. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. Aged Bronze - Manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The finish may be maintained with Brasso, or left to acquire a darker and more aged patina. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection and has an appropriate place in modern properties, but its warm tones also make it suitable for traditional settings. Un-lacquered Polished Brass - From the Anvil's Polished Brass products come un-lacquered for authenticity. Polished Bronze - Made from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. This works best if a cool, clean look is desired.
