During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities. As well as being aesthetically pleasing it is strong and sturdy enough to be used to assist in pulling the door closed. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. The centre door knob is fitted to the external face of the door by way of the provided bolt, it can be fitted independently or used back-to-back with an internal centre door knob.
