Used as a matter of course by the largest national house builders, this deadbolt carries a 10 year mechanical guarantee. Commonly used as a bathroom deadbolt using a separate turn and release, this dead bolt conforms to British Standard BS EN 12209 Rated, so all building regulations are met. Most standard bathroom turns use a 5mm follower, but occasionally there are exceptions that use an 8mm.
