This handle has a nice simple design but with a twist. If desired, this can be easily removed by using light oil (such as WD 40) and a fine grade wire wool. Made using cast iron that goes through five stages to achieve a natural authentic finish that will naturally age over time. You may wish to order a refundable sample before purchasing in larger quantities to make sure it suits the application. The finish is left unlacquered for authenticity. This antique iron cupboard knob is hand-finished using traditional methods. Ordinarily when regularly used, this product develops it's own patina, but should you wish to afford additional protection, we recommend Maintenance Wax be applied, which will give the iron a protective seal against any moisture. This product is created using genuine cast iron. This knob has a Hammered top to it which gives it that old, battered look and will be the perfect finish to and older looking household. Supplied in SINGLES complete with fixings. Light surface rust may be present or develop when used in damp environments.
