The magnetic latch operates by retracting the magnetic latch bolt, which is held back within the door by means of a second magnet. The Magnetic Latch is the latest in cutting-edge architectural technology. Manufacturing a range of designs from rustic to modern, all with a high-quality finish. When closing the door, the two magnets become attracted, which withdraws the latch bolt from the latch case and pulls it into the frame-mounted strike plate, keeping the door held shut.
