Zoo Hardware Universal Intumescent Sets For 4-5 Inch Tubular Latches
The Zoo Hardware Universal Intumescent Tubular Latch Sets are designed to be fitted with all Zoo Hardware Fire Rated Tubular Latches in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations. They are designed to work with all ZTLKA and ZTDA latches from the Zoo Hardware range, except the ZTLKA152 and ZTDA152. They have a self-adhesive backing for easy application and they are adjustable to suit product dimensions.
Two Sizes are Available:
1mm Universal Tubular Latch Intumescent's to suit 2.5" and 3" Tubular Latches
2mm Universal Tubular Latch Intumescent's to suit 4" and 5" Tubular Latches
Made to suit Zoo Hardware Tubular Latch Sets in 2.5", 3", 4" and 5" Sizes. EXCEPT the ZTLKA152 & ZTDA152. Please NOTE: These intumescent sets will NOT fit 6" Tubular Latches.
In case of a fire the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the lock and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door.
The ZITL0130G and ZITL0160G FlexiFire Intumescent are graded up to 30 minutes on a fire door.
The ZITL0230G and ZITL0260G FlexiFire Intumescent are graded Up to 60 minutes on a fire door.
To meet FD30/60 specifications then one Intumescent Lock Liner should be fitted to each lock case and under the strike plate in the door frame.
Supplied as a complete Set (Please NOTE - Tubular Latches must be purchased separately).
