Zoo Hardware Universal Intumescent Deadlock Set
The Zoo Hardware Universal Deadlock Intumescent Sets are designed to be suit all the ZUKD Zoo Hardware Fire Rated Dead Locks in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations. They have a self-adhesive backing for easy application and they are adjustable to suit product dimensions.
Two Sizes are Available:
1mm Universal Dead Lock Intumescent's - The 1mm FlexiFire Intumescent is for use on a 30-minute fire door.
2mm Universal Deadlock Intumescent's - The 2mm FlexiFire Intumescent is for use on a 60-minute fire door
In case of a fire the intumescent material reacts to the heat of a fire and expands to seal any gaps around the lock and maintain the fire resistance and integrity of the door.
To meet FD30/60 specifications then one Intumescent Lock Liner should be fitted to each lock case and under the strike plate in the door frame.
Supplied as one complete Set per pack (Please NOTE - Deadlocks must be purchased separately).
