The Tudor Collection Door Stop Smooth Black Iron is wall/skirting mounted and ideal for wood, tile or stone floors. The size is 72mm x 50mm and the stop diameter is 20mm – it is sold individually, complete with plates & fixings.
Ideally any door stop should be located about 150-200mm from the un-hinged edge of the door. Any closer and the door stop will begin to act as a leverage point, placing undue stress on the hinges.
Smooth Black Iron Door Stop
The smooth black iron finish does not have deep surface indentations like many other black finishes – this gives it a more modern feel. It is made from malleable cast iron, treated with a zinc phosphating process and then powder coated to provide a durable finish.
