The Ludlow Foundries Left Hand Armorial Pull Handle on Backplate Black Antique has a grand, prominent look about it. It would ideally be suited to a large wooden door on a castle or traditional country home. They are good for barn conversions and would also suit entrance doors to country pubs and other old-style commercial buildings. The backplate on the pull handle is decorated with the historical Fleur de Lys design.
Malleable Wrought Iron Handle
As with all iron products, the pull handle is liable to rust and will need care and attention. It is vital that you give the handle a regular coating of oil using a cloth. To maintain the original appearance you will also need to carry out an occasional clean with clear wax. Ironware in exposed coastal locations needs a more thorough maintenance program.
