Note - Not suitable for use with Porcelain Door Knobs. The Victorian design of the horizontal rim lock makes it ideally suited to older properties, for a classical, period feel. This Flanged Rim Lock is a traditional rim lock has been sourced for the original period design and offers excellent quality. Supplied in SINGLES complete with fixings, keys and a keep. First used during Victorian times, this interesting Rim Latch Lock design became very popular in the 1920's and 30's, and was a staple used on Pitch Pine doors for many years. This is a Rim Lock is created with black steel with brass details.
