The From the Anvil Privacy Latch Set Beeswax cannot be opened from the outside. The overall size is 146mm x 28mm, the latch length is 133mm and the fixing plate size is 51mm x 51mm. It is sold individually and comes complete with fixing screws.
Beeswax Privacy Latch
The latch has a beeswax finish – this is the most authentic finish for steel! Once forged, the colours are preserved with pure besswax giving a matt richness and offering protection when fitted internally and properly maintained. This is for internal use only. To restore and give protection to the finish it would be beneficial to use maintenance wax. Buffing with a cotton cloth will remove the white bloom.
