The From the Anvil Locking Monkeytail LH Fastener Pewter is a left hand fastener and is lockable. The handle length is 114mm x 76mm, the fixing plate size is 60mm x 13mm, the mortice plate size is 76mm x 19mm and the hook plate size is 57mm x 19mm. Sold individually, the fastener comes complete with a hook plate (allowing for fitting to a narrower frame), a mortice plate, an allen key and fixings.
Pewter Fastener
The fastener has a pewter patina finish – this has anti-corrosion properties and can be used internally or externally. To remove dirt deposits, simply wipe over with a lightly oiled cloth from time-to-time and this will restore it to its original condition. Do not use any form of aerosol spray or metal cleaner.
