The Eurospec SteelWorx SWL Berlino Door Handle on Rose SSS has chunky rounded shape which is easy to grip. It is sprung and has a concealed rose, meaning that no fixings can be seen. The handle length is 125mm (22mm diameter), the rose diameter is 52mm (7mm thick) and the projection is 60mm. Sold in pairs, the handles come complete with spindle and fixings.

The handle conforms to BS EN 1906 British/European standards and FD 30 meaning that it is safe to use on fire doors under the UK Construction Products Regulations.

Satin Stainless Steel Handle

The door handle is made from grade 304 solid stainless steel and has a satin stainless steel finish. To maintain the finish a wipe over with a clean cloth and warm water with a mild detergent should be sufficient. More stubborn dirt or stains can be removed with non-abrasive powders, warm water and sponges or cloths. Cleaning should always be followed up with rinsing of clean hot water and the surface should then be wiped dry.

Matching Accessories for the Berlino Handle on Rose

An appropriate mortice latch will be required for all non-locking internal doors. These are available separately; see Related Products and the Locks & Latches category.

Matching key escutcheons are available for doors you may wish to lock. An escutcheon is simply a cover for the keyhole cut-out in the door. Usually one pair is required for each door, ‘standard’ for doors with sash locks and ‘euro’ for doors with cylinder locks. Locks are available separately; see the Locks & Latches category.

Matching bathroom turn and release sets can be fitted to bathroom doors which will allow the door to be locked with a small turn knob in the inside and opened via a coin slot on the outside in the event of an emergency. Using a turn and release set is a requirement of Building Regulations for new-build projects and is a very safe and convenient way of locking a bathroom door for improvements to existing buildings. A matching bathroom turn and release can be found in the Related Products. A bathroom deadbolt or a bathroom lock would be required and these are available separately; see the Locks & Latches category.
