The DK7 quadrant arm window stay is generally used to restrict the opening of bottom hung fan light windows, either opening in or opening out. When fitted the quadrant stays will only allow the window to open a fixed safe distance. Usually they are fitted in pairs.

Quadrant arm window stays are generally sold and fitted in pairs along with a fan light catch. The catch will usually be operated with an ‘S’ hook on a pole.  Please refer to related products.

Three Different Finishes

The DK7 quadrant stay is available in either a traditional polished brass finish or contemporary chrome finishes, both polished and satin chrome. Good quality chrome finishes are virtually maintenance free and only require a periodical clean with a non-abrasive wax polish to maintain the original appearance.
