Delivery Charges

Handles 4 Doors sends most orders by the reputable carrier company, Interlink Express, to customers within the UK. For security reasons, we do not send by Royal Mail, unless specifically requested by the customer (and only if the order is very small and lightweight) and then it would be at the customer's risk should the order go missing. For countries within the EU we use Interlink's sister company, DPD. We offer a 2-5 working day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers. For customers within the EU we offer a 3-8 working day delivery. We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding UK bank holidays. How to Return Unwanted Goods

If you decide you do not require the products, you can return them for a refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

Goods should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery, at your own cost, to ensure safe arrival at our Returns Department, but we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund. If the returned goods are lost in the post we will require a proof of posting in order to process a refund. We must receive the goods in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged, with parts missing or in damaged packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund. Carriage charges on the original order will not be refunded.

How to Return Unwanted Goods

When your Delivery Arrives

Please check your goods thoroughly on delivery. If products arrive damaged or faulty then please call us on 01252 715025 or email returns@handles4doors.co.uk. We will need your name and address and invoice number in order to trace your order.

If the goods are damaged or faulty when they reach you, please return them and we will either exchange them, or refund the cost in full, including your postage costs. If the goods are particularly heavy or difficult to post then we may be able to arrange for them to be collected by our carrier, at our cost.
