Delivery Times
All stock products will be despatched in approximately 2-5 working days. At Handles4Doors we are able to offer a vast range of products and for this reason we cannot stock every product. However, our non-stock products can be despatched in approximately 3-7 working days. If you require your products in a certain timeframe, please call us on 01252 786510 or email sales@handles4doors.co.uk and we will give you a more accurate delivery time. Please note that all delivery times quoted are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control. However, we will always endeavour to deliver within the times quoted.
Delivery Charges
Handles4Doors use UPS, the world's largest package delivery company, serving more than 200 countries and territories around the world. UPS offer the world's widest range of time-definite and scheduled delivery services that are supported by the latest technology and tracking services.
We ship with UPS because they offer excellent service reliability and three delivery attempts to every customer. The UPS driver really stands out – a smart uniform, an identity badge and the famous brown UPS delivery van. UPS is a delivery company respected and recognised worldwide, with a strong customer service ethic which cannot be matched by any other courier.
We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when your order is despatched and you can expect your order to arrive on the next working day. You can also track your order on the UPS website.
Using UPS we can provide a range of excellent delivery services. The UPS Express Plus offers next day delivery by 9.00am to most addresses in the UK and the rest of Europe. The UPS Express offers delivery to most addresses in the UK by 10.30am the next day and next day delivery by 10.30am and by 12.00 noon at the latest to most addresses in Europe. The UPS Express Server offers delivery to most addresses in the UK by 12.00 noon the next day and next day delivery during the day to virtually all other European addresses.
UPS also deliver Saturday Delivery for time-critical parcels. All of the services above are available at an additional cost to our standard delivery charge. Please call customer services on 01252 786510 after you have placed your order online if you wish to utilise one of these services.
A signature will be required for all deliveries. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, UPS will leave a calling card and you can arrange delivery for the next day or the day after. UPS can leave parcels with trusted neighbours if requested.
We may send very small orders by Royal Mail First Class Post. Our standard carriage charge will include a small order handling charge which will cover the administration and processing of low value orders.
The shipping charges will be shown automatically at the checkout for the countries listed below. We can ship to most countries worldwide and if your destination is not listed below then please call us for a shipping quotation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES ARE FOR 1 PARCEL UP TO A WEIGHT OF UP TO 10KG. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR WEIGHTS WHICH EXCEED 10KG OR MORE THAN ONE PARCEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL WITH A SHIPPING QUOTATION.

Returning Goods and Distance Selling Regulations
If for whatever reason you decide that you do not require the products you can email returns@handles4doors.co.uk or call 01252 786510, with your order reference number and the details of the items to return, and request a returns number. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods (starting the day after the goods arrived). You can then return the goods within 30 days. You MUST have a returns number and have contacted us within 7 days otherwise we can levy a handling charge of 15%.
Please check your order immediately after it is received. If any of your goods are missing, damaged or faulty when they reach you, please advise us within 3 working days and we will either exchange them or
refund the cost of the products in full once we have received them back. We cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged products reported
outside of this timeframe and replacements will be at your own cost.
We must receive the goods back in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. If we receive the goods back and they are damaged, have parts missing or are in damaged packaging, it is our policy not to issue a refund. However, if we do decide to offer a refund or part-refund on any of the goods described above, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total value of the goods. Carriage charges on the original order will not be refunded.
We will not be able to accept goods back which are 'special order' (this would include custom made products, products made with a special finish and products we would not normally stock).
Please return goods by Royal Mail Signed for Service. This will be at your own risk and goods lost in the post will not be refunded. For goods requiring collection, this can be arranged by us. For UK mainland returns we will charge you £15.00 for parcels up to 30kg. For goods being returned from remote locations in mainland UK there may be a surcharge of £15.00. We will check your postcode and let you know what the charge will be in advance. Goods returned from outside Mainland UK will incur the current DPD shipping charge and we will let you know what the charge will be in advance. For all returns, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.

How To Exchange Goods
If you wish to return goods and want to exchange them for something else, then we will process these transactions
separately.
The new order should be placed online or by phone and full payment made for this order. On receipt of your
returned goods your refund will be processed separately. As returns are processed within a timescale of 30 days,
any requests for exchange included with returned goods will be delayed.
