Handles 4 Doors Price Match Policy
If you would prefer to make use of our outstanding delivery and payment services but have seen one of our products for a cheaper price elsewhere, we will happily match that price. In order for our Price Match Policy to benefit you, the retailer must be offering an identical item (brand, finish, dimensions) and it must be brand new and presented in original packaging.
Proof of Price Match
You will need to provide us with proof of the lower-priced product in order for us to match the price. Please be aware that all our products include VAT and we have a tiered delivery service. We would advise that you check whether the lower-priced item includes VAT and delivery because once these are added, the total package might be more than we would charge anyway!
Our Price Match Policy applies to high-street and e-commerce retail. We will not match prices reduced in clearance or special offers and on internet auction sites such as eBay or any other unclassified retailer. If we cannot confirm pricing as advertised elsewhere then we reserve the right no to match the price. Due to economic variables, we cannot price match products sold from outside the EU.
How to Price Match with Handles4Doors
To present us with a price match, please email sales@handles4doors.co.uk with the product code and/or product description and a link to the cheaper price you have found or call us on 01252 786510. If we concur, we will either send you a discount code so you can put the order through online (which might mean an even better discount!) or we can put the order through on our phone system.
Handles4Doors reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of our Price Match Policy at any time, at our discretion. The offer only becomes a binding contract when your order has been processed and payment received. A product purchased through our Price Match Policy is only available at a reduced price for one order. For further Price Matches, please follow the process detailed above.
