The extraordinary rise in the number of visits to the website of Architectural Ironmongery company, Handles4doors, has resulted in a large increase in the amount of sales.
Continued Growth
Handles4doors, which boasts one of the leading e-commerce websites in the architectural industry, has seen huge growth since the launch of its website in July 2007. The number of visitors continues to rise month on month - a trend that is set to continue for the rest of this year and beyond.
Thousands of Return Visits
“The most thrilling aspect of the website’s impact is that we are seeing thousands of return visits and a phenomenal average of around 35,000 new visits per month. Towards the end of September we had our best day yet, with more than 1,300 visits,” said Suzanne Faulkner, Director at Handles4doors, “This suggests that returning visitors are pleased with the service and our success with the big search engines such as Yahoo and Google has attracted countless new customers.”
New Suppliers Attracted
The company has recently employed a Website Manager, Simon Rickwood, to focus solely on driving traffic to the site through specific search engine optimisation techniques. The continued growth of Handles4doors has attracted many prospective new partners and the product range featured on the site is expected to increase dramatically over the coming months. “We will be establishing further partnerships with a number of renowned ironmongery and architectural hardware companies in the near future,” added Mrs Faulkner, “and we hope they will become part of our continued success.”
