The Ludlow Foundries Traditional Letter Plate Black Antique has a classic design and would make a wonderful addition to any front door. The letter plate is sold with a sprung flap and fixing bolts and is easily fixed to the front door.
Malleable wrought iron is prone to rusting so careful maintenance is required to retain its appearance. The antique letter plate must be regularly oiled and every once in a while it will need an application of clear wax. Even more attention is needed for wrought iron placed in exposed coastal locations.
