Efficient Airflow Systems

It is important that ventilator grilles are used for good airflow and ventilation in rooms with gas fires, boilers enclosed in cupboards and for applications which require efficient ventilation, mainly for safety purposes. Hit and miss ventilators have a slide knob which can be moved to open or close the vents for applications where it is safe to cut off the ventilation temporarily. Louvre ventilators have slots which are hooded, and these may be useful in a situation where privacy is required as it is not possible to see through them from the opposite side. Open slotted ventilators may be necessary where airflow must be constant and continuous, for example, gas fire ventilation.
