The From the Anvil 6″ Cranked Door Bolt Beeswax are for use with outward opening doors and cen be used horizontally or vertically. The fixing plate measures at 159mm x 51mm and the receiver plate is 51mm x 25mm. It is sold individually complete with fixing screws.
Beeswax Door Bolt
The bolt has a beeswax finish – this is the most authentic finish for steel! Once forged, the colours are preserved with pure besswax giving a matt richness and offering protection when fitted internally and properly maintained. This is for internal use only. To restore and give protection to the finish it would be beneficial to use maintenance wax. Buffing with a cotton cloth will remove the white bloom.
