The From the Anvil 10″ Monkeytail Stay Pewter are made from steel so that they can be drawn down to a very fine point, giving the Monkeytail design. It has an overall length of 267mm and the fixing plate is 57mm x 16mm. The fastener is sold individually complete with fixings. Locking stay pins can be used with this for extra security – these are sold separately.
Pewter Stay
The stay has a pewter patina finish – this has anti-corrosion properties and can be used internally or externally. To remove dirt deposits, simply wipe over with a lightly oiled cloth from time-to-time and this will restore it to its original condition. Do not use any form of aerosol spray or metal cleaner.

It is also available in 8″ or 12″ sizes or in beeswax or black finishes – sold as separate products.
