The Gainsborough Adjustable Mortice Latch is the ideal alternative to having both a 60mm and 70mm backset and latch. Its easily adjustable slider is efficiently designed to slide to either the 60mm or 70mm position.

Three Different Finishes

The Adjustable Mortice Latch is available in three different finishes – bright gold, bright chrome and satin chrome. The latch can replace most existing tubular latches and must be used in conjunction with Gainsborough door handles. It comes with simple to follow installation instructions for the handyman or builder.
