The Easi-T heavy duty tubular mortice latch is a cost effective alternative to the standard latch and has dual springing. One spring operates the latch bolt and one spring operates the spindle follower. This results in a quieter and smoother latching function and a positive lever return.

Suitable for Sprung or Un-Sprung Lever Handles

Being heavy sprung the Easi-T latch is particularly suited to un-sprung lever furniture, either on a backplate or on a rose. For lever handles on roses the body of the latch is pierced to accept bolt through fixings.  PLEASE NOTE THE 63mm VERSION IS NOT PIERCED TO ACCEPT BACK TO BACK FIXINGS, FOR LEVERS ON A ROSE, PLEASE USE THE 76mm VERSION.

Various Finishes Available

The Easi-T latch is available in a number of finishes to co-ordinate with other items on the door. The finishes available are electro brass, polished stainless steel or satin stainless steel.
