The Easi-T Euro profile BS cylinder deadlock, which comes complete with a cylinder and turn and security escutcheons has been designed for use on apartment entrance doors and similar situations. Externally the lock is approved to insurance requirements whilst internally it is possible to escape easily in the case of an emergency. The security escutcheon is an integral part of the insurance rating of the lock and must be fitted to maintain the British Standard approval.

Standard External Doors

Due to the cylinder supplied and the security escutcheons the BS cylinder deadlock is only suitable for standard external quality doors (45mm thick) it will not fit internal 35mm thick doors. The lock case is available in the usual depths; 64mm and 76mm.

PVD Brass or Stainless Steel

The forend and strike of the lock is available in either PVD brass finish or satin stainless steel. These finishes are complimented by either a polished brass cylinder and set of escutcheons or a satin chrome cylinder and escutcheons.
