The Union 2177 3 lever deadlock is for wooden doors hinged on the left or the right, requiring key operation only. The lock is locked or unlocked by a key from either side. In general the 3 lever 2177 deadlock will be used for internal doors only, it is not recommended for external doors as it has no insurance rating. The 2177 deadlock will usually be used on cupboards, access panels, bedroom doors, study doors and other low security doors. Please order any necessary escutcheons separately.

Brass or Satin Chrome Forends

The 2177 is available in a 64mm case size or a 76mm case size, with 44mm or 57mm respective backsets. Each size is available with either a polished brass forend & strike or a satin chrome forened & strike. The steel case is silver enamel painted.

Keyed Alike Possibilities

The 2177 deadlock has 100 different key possibilities and off the shelf keyed alike locks to key M101M are available, please call customer services for further information. Lock sets to any other key number between M102M and M200M can be produced in the workshop. Master keyed options are also available if required.

Rebated Double Doors

Rebates are available for 13mm, 19mm or 25mm rebated doors, again please contact customer services, on 01252 768510, if you have any rebated doors.
