The JKA60P pine light wood mortice door knob set is a classic mushroom shaped wooden knob on a polished brass fixing rose. The fixing rose is face fixed with the fixing screws exposed. Each set comes complete with an 8mm square operating spindle and fixing screws.

Un-sprung Knob Set

The JKA60P knob set is un-sprung and should be fitted to a reasonably good quality mortice latch such as the Delamain tubular latch, see related products. Thought should also be given to fitting knob sets on deeper latches to avoid catching your knuckles on the door frame.

Latch Depth

Consideration should be given to using the deepest latch possible positioning the centre of the knob as far away as possible from the edge of the door. Doing this will avoid that painful event of catching your knuckles on the door frame, when opening or closing the door.
