Description
Over the past few years ball bearing hinges have dramatically reduced in price and they are now common place in the home as well as in commercial buildings. Made from high grade stainless steel and incorporating two precision made ball bearings they are extremely strong and hard wearing.
100mm Fire Door Hinge
The 100mm hinges are made ideally to fit 44mm fire doors and have been tested and certified for use on 1 hour fire doors. As required by the latest building regulations they are clearly marked with the CE mark and their grading (the durability test grade they have achieved).
Clean Fitting Finishes
To co-ordinate with today’s modern interiors and the trend away from polished brass our 2 ball bearing hinge is available in five finishes; satin stainless steel, polished stainless steel, electro brass, antique bronze and powder coated black paint. The powder coating of the black hinge means that it is not as smooth as the stainless steel finish. Please note that the 100m x 100m size is available only in polished stainless steel and satin stainless steel.

The 2 ball bearing hinge is available in 2 sizes; 102mm x 76mm x 3mm and 100mm x 100mm x 3mm, for 44-55mm doors.
