Standard Room Backplates

The 'Fleur de Lys' handle is available in 3 variants; standard lock, latch or bathroom.  All the backplate types are sprung return levers and operate standard mortice locks or latches.  Ideally due to the 55mm width of the backplate these locks or latches should be the 76/80mm case size.

Ludlow Black Antique Finish

Malleable wrought iron is by its very nature susceptible to rusting and should be cared for accordingly, it will require a regular maintenance routine which should include a light application of oil and an occasional application of clear wax.  For these vary reasons, black antique furniture is not recommended for external use in coastal areas, although it is often seen on seafront properties.
