Safety Return to Door Style

This round bar handle is in the return to door style which is a safety feature of the handle as - when gripped - the hand cannot slip off easily. The handle curves right back in towards the door which allows the hand to be encircled securely by the handle while it is being operated. This design makes the door handle suitable for rooms which require disabled access.

Matching Standard or Euro Escutcheons

For locking doors aluminium escutcheons are available to match this door handle. A pair of escutcheons would be required to cover the keyhole cutout in the door for a tidy finish. These escutcheons are available as standard or Euro style. For public bathroom doors a matching aluminium turn and release with indicator would be required and this is now necessary for Building Regulations approval to allow for outside emergency release. A disabled turn and release is also available in this design.
