At Handles4Doors we pride ourselves on the service we offer and rarely receive returns. However, we are conscious of the fact that our clients might sometimes order the wrong item or a product may arrive with an unexpected fault.
If the situation arises where an item purchased through Handles4Doors does need to be returned, we advise clients to call us first to see if a quick solution can be found over the phone or to make us aware that a product is being returned. If the return is due to an error at our end, we will happily refund or exchange the product and reimburse the return delivery costs. If our client is responsible for the error, we expect the goods to return in the condition they were sent and the client to cover the delivery cost.
