All stock products will be despatched in approximately 2-5 working days. At Handles4doors we are able to offer a vast range of products and for this reason we cannot stock every product. However, our non-stock products can be despatched in approximately 3-7 working days. If you require your products in a certain timeframe, please call us on 01252 786510 or email customerservices@handles4doors.co.uk and we will give you a more accurate delivery time. Please note that all delivery times quoted are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control. However, we will always endeavour to deliver within the times quoted.
Delivery Charges
Handles4doors uses a variety of carriers for UK, Europe and International deliveries in order to give the best possible price and service to our customers.
We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when your order is despatched and you can expect your order to arrive on the next working day. The email you receive will include a tracking link so that you can check on the progress of your order. Your order could arrive at any time during the day, however if you require a timed delivery then that can be arranged at an additional cost - please call Customer Services on 01252 786510.
A signature will be required for all deliveries. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, our carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next. Parcels can be left with trusted neighbours if requested.
We may send very small orders by Royal Mail First Class Post or First Class Recorded Post. Our standard carriage charge will include a small order handling charge which will cover the administration and processing of low value orders.
The shipping charges will be shown automatically at the checkout for the places listed below. We can ship to most countries worldwide and if your destination is not listed below then please call us for a shipping quotation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES ARE FOR 1 PARCEL UP TO A WEIGHT OF UP TO 10KG. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR WEIGHTS WHICH EXCEED 10KG OR MORE THAN ONE PARCEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL WITH A SHIPPING QUOTATION.
ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES ARE FOR DELIVERY TO THE MAINLAND ONLY BUT MAY INCUR A SURCHARGE FOR REMOTE AREAS OR ISLANDS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS DESPATCHED IF A SURCHARGE IS PAYABLE.
