Description
Sash window axle pulleys are used in traditional rise and fall sash windows to carry the cord attached to the window counter balance sash weight. Typically you will find four in any sash window, two for the top sash and two for the bottom sash. The AQ pulley is a popular choice of both the new window manufacturer and the refurbishment contractor.
Various Faceplate Finishes
Our architectural quality sash pulleys are available in a range of finishes to co-ordinate with other fittings on the window, including a galvanised faceplate, a polished brass faceplate and a polished chrome faceplate. Other pulleys are available in other finishes to special order, if you have a special finish requirement please contact customer services.
Nylon & Brass Wheel Pulley
The AQ sash pulley is available in either a nylon or brass wheel option. The wheels are designed to take sash cord only, not sash chain. Our AQ pulley is designed for light to medium weight sashes weighing up to 50Kg.
