Description
The Arrone Emergency Exit Panic Bolt is designed to give improved security over the panic latch, by the addition of top and bottom shoot bolts. For external access an external locking attachment can be used.
Panic Bolt Option
The panic bolt is suitable for emergency exit situations where the public are not familiar with the escape devices being used. It complies with BS EN1125, in that to operate the top and bottom shoot bolts, all that is required is a push of the horizontal bar. All emergency exit doors have to open outwards, hence the panic bolt will only work on outward opening doors as do all the items in the Arrone Panic Hardware range.
Fire Resistant
The Arrone range of panic hardware is suitable for almost all combinations of emergency exits and has been fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 and can be used on fire doors. All items in the range are CE marked.
Colours on Request
White and/or other RAL colours are available upon request. Allow 10 to 14 days for delivery of these colours.
