Description
The Nu-Matic double chain jamb door closer is suitable for internal doors up to 900mm wide weighing 80Kg. It has adjustable closing speed and adjustable latch action. Typically is will be used for an internal flat entrance door.
Fire Tested Closer
The Nu-Matic closer can be used on 60 minute fire doors as it has been tested at Warrington Fire Research Centre and passed a UK One Hour Fire Test. Certificate No C119402. The unit has been successfully cycle tested to 500,000 cycles also carries a full 5 Year Guarantee.
Chrome Finish Faceplates
The Nu-Matic closer is available in two faceplate finishes; either electrobrass or polished chrome. Only the faceplates and the chains are exposed when the door is opened as the unit is fully concealed within the door. Due to the closer being spring-operated it is not suitable for external doors.
Important Information
This closer is not designed and built for doors which are capable of opening more than 120 degrees. Failure to restrict the door opening angle will result in damage to the closer which will not be covered under any guarantee. Always fit a door stop.
Do not use with rising, falling, projection or parliament hinges.
