Door Cylinder Pulls
A cylinder pull is used to assist in pulling a door closed when there is no convenient knob or lever handle. This accessory is for use with rim and mortice night latches. Cylinder pulls can be provided to accommodate round, oval or euro profile cylinders. They may also be supplied plain, in which case they are often engraved with door numbers.
Shape & Design
A cylinder pull may be of a very traditional design or a more contemporary shape. Some traditional designs may be embellished with rope or beaded designs to match Georgian and Regency style exterior door furniture. Black antique cylinder pulls in a ‘fleur de lys’ shape look particularly authentic on antique period cottage front doors.
