Description
The Hettich Intermat concealed kitchen hinge is the standard hinge used for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. It is a concealed hinge based on the standard 35mm diameter cup fixing. Complete with its mount plate the hinge assembly is designed for full overlay installation on an 18mm thick carcase, with a maximum door thickness of 22mm. Opening angle; 110 degrees.
Fully Adjustable Mounting
The hinge is a fast-assembly snap-on hinge for ease of use and is fully adjustable in height and depth. The mounting plate gives a full +2mm/-2mm adjustment whilst the hinge has a -0.5mm/+3.5mm height adjustment, to align the door. The 35mm cup fixing is 11.8mm deep allowing the hinge to be used on doors from 15mm to 22mm thick.
Closing Doors the Gentle Way
Cushioned closure; shutting cupboard doors in a rush creates noise in the home as the door bangs against the cupboard carcase. The Intermat range of hinges offers the option of silent closing (Silent System) which cushions the door quietly and gently during closing. The cushioning effect can be adjusted to suit personal preferences and door size and weight.
Fixing Screws Supplied
Each hinge/mount plate assembly comes complete with 4 screws. The mount plate has 2 pre-mounted chipboard screws and the hinge is supplied with 2 No, 3.5 x 13mm bright zinc plated screws.
