The Parliament Hinge is from the Prima Antique Brass range of hardware. Parliament hinges are used on any door that folds 180 degrees back on itself. In modern houses this usually applies to pairs of doors between the lounge and dining room or a pair of external doors into the garden.

The Parliament Hinge comes in three different sizes – 102 x 102mm, 102 x 127mm or 102 x 152mm. When fully extended the parliament hinge resembles a butterfly. Skilled Finishing Process
The eye-catching finish of this unique piece of hardware is achieved by taking the highly polished item of brass and then applying a characteristic antique coating, followed by a final coat of lacquer. This process is undertaken by hand and is applied with great skill, meaning that no two pieces are the same.
