Door handles for uPVC doors are becoming increasingly popular with more and more people improving their homes by adding conservatories, French windows and patio doors. Due to the increased demand, more stylish door handles are coming on to the market and many people prefer to change their standard door handles for something more attractive.

Polished Chrome Finishes

This type of door handle has a euro profile keyhole and operates a multipoint lock. Polished brass, polished chrome and satin chrome are the most popular finishes for this type of door handle. Matching door handles on rose are available for some designs so that the whole house can be coordinated for a polished and sophisticated finish.

Centre Measurements

The handles are on a narrow backplate so as to operate with a multipoint lock. The most common centres measurement (distance between the centre of the lever and the centre of the round part of the keyhole) is 92mm. However, many of these door handles (particularly if they are several years old) have different centres, so be sure to check carefully before making a purchase.
